IS anyone planning on going to this event?
-
I know a few people said they were going.
We plan on camping, but I'm not sure if we're going to the actual event or not though.
-
Camping than leaving, car shows are boring.

How is sitting around a campsite any different than sitting around a bunch of cool cars?

No fire?

Alcohol mostly, and fire.

Car shows don't allow alcohol?

Ummm, none of the state parks allow it either...
Last I checked, Atizon, and Belleplain are both state parks -rofl\

I think most of the car shows I've been to sold alcohol. And the ones that did not had similar policies as the State Parks.

wow. If you don't want to look at Volkswagens then why own one? You'd be happier in a Dodge Caravan.
-
Because I like Volkswagens, I just don't want to drool all over Carburators and Fan shrouds. I'd rather drive and camp in my Volkswagens.
-
I like the idea of people "sharing" their Volkswagen, and especially for me, it is meeting all the people. Some I've seen for years (esp in Pa), and good to catch up with them on things.
-
I'm out, I do not camp or go to car show in the rain... \rain
-
I'm out too. I got to fix a bad oil leak.
