I should be able to make that! It is right after my 3 week trip to Hawaii!

The club will provide hotdogs, hamburgers, buns, bottled water, plates, napkins, and plastic utensils.
Here's a list of what we need:
serving plastic ware (large spoons/forks) Joe T.
grilling utensils Joe T.
Charcoal Shawn
table clothes (for 6-10 picnic tables) Joe T.
soda (maybe cans will be easier) - 67Irene - Dave B
juice and iced-tea Dave
ice and coolers Dave
ketchup / mustard / mayonnaise - Anthony
potato chips / pretzels /snacks
potato salad ED
macaroni salad - Michelle
baked beans - Jack
fruit salad Richard
4 bean salad Roger
any other side dish you?d like to make,
spinach salad! - John
Matt's Famous,-mouse-kabobs,
any other main dish - We need more of dishes, =
DESSERTS!! Pies, cookies, cakes, etc.
Please post what you'll bring so we get a nice variety and don't end up with 3 of the same thing.

For those of a competitive nature we'll bring our croquet set and bocci.

I don't know how to scratch it off the list.

Planning on bringing mouse-kabobs. If the traps don't catch enough, I will make another similar dish.... been having waaaay to many slugs around my house & garden lately..... idea\

Good choice in flavors. Perhaps 2 of each? You can take home whatever isn't used.

Do you think 2 24oz ketchups, 2 9oz Mustards, 1 32oz mayo, and 2 10oz relishes will be enough?

Dave- We typically have 40-60 people.
Anthony- sounds like plenty! Bring brown and yellow mustards please.
Joe- I think the club should buy plates and forks. Can't have a picnic without them!

I checked out the park to make sure we were still scheduled for Sunday 11:00-4:00, WERE GOOD! Flag*
AND no one has yet booked Lot C from 4:00-7:00. bouncy-No rushing to get out!
Lot C has been cleaned and has been improved with brand new picnic tables. =hungry
Due to error on my part while in the deep freeze at Restaurant Depot in Philly I picked up Ball Park Sausages instead of the Hot Dogs. However, I covered my mistake by buying beef hot dogs later. the Hot dogs are on me. -MONEY\
Now we have an even bigger selection of grilled meats. The sausages are both mild and hot. asttound
