Leave Jacks house at 0900 Thursday morning (unless he bails out again 😡). Meet at Jacks 0845 or at the guardrail just past the toll booth on the Delaware Memorial Bridge at 0945 (let us know if you plan to do that). We travel through Newport Delaware and up Gap pike to the WAWA just before Lancaster Pike where we stop cause Jack has to. Then on to Duncannon.

Looks like Geoffrey and I are going. We can meet you at the DE Rt. 9 overpass just after the tolls coming off the DE Memorial bridge around 6-ish. Driving the Tiico.

Erik

P.S. Does anyone know if they are renting canoes or hauling canoes if we bring one?

That sounds good. I'm pretty sure we're going, but not 100% positive yet.
I used to travel past the campground alot when I had to commute back and forth to NW PA twice a week for a few months for work. So I'm pretty familiar with the roads.
I used to take 41 to Gap.
Make a left on 30, then the first right on Newport Rd to 340 to 283 to Duncannon.
Is that cool, or do you know a better way?

I've done it that way and also gone 30 all the way from 41 to 283. Your way avoids all the traffic around the outlets and Dutch Wonderland and is a bit more picturesque.

Yeah, that's why I go that way. It doesn't matter what time of day or which direction you're going. I always get stuck in traffic near Dutch Wonderland
