Stewarts Root Beer cruise
« on: June 12, 2015, 10:02:33 am »

So how was the cruise that I planed and didn't show for.  4thinking6

I had Comcast here for an install of their system andf they finished up arround 1pm. After the Tech left I came in andf turned on the TV and I only had One Chanel and no Internet. WTF, it was just working five min. ago. So in ther 2 packs of literature not one phone number could I find. I'm now fuming. So I call the sales Rep that sold me this, he came right over and wass on the phone for HOURS and couldn't get them to send a Tech back out but they did set up an appointment for 11am today. While he was still here Comcast called back and I answered the phone, they wanted to confirm the appointment and I told them if they can't get a Tech. out here tonight make the appointment for a Uninstall not a fix............
So about 30 min. after the Salesman left, (This is about 7pm) I'm sitting on the back porch and a pickup pulls in the driveway it's TWO Supervisors from Comcast. To make a long story shorter, in 45 min. everything is working great and I'm a happy Camper.

End of story

Sorry you were tortured by Comcast Jack. We did miss you.  We had a nice time at Stewart's. Freddy & Carl and Dave & Rosie met us there. Strange to have a cruise with so many regular cars, but what the hey! At least we all got to hear some live music and sit by the water together. Cool spot!  Plus we got the board meeting in for the month.  icecream11&*
