You Just might think for that kind of money that they would have come up with a better way to hold up the engine lid.  :confused04:;

Im calling Bravo Sierra on that video. Thats not a B-32. Its a vanagon carat

B32 had 4 headlights the same size. Had a porsche badge on the body above the grille.

Rich...There were 10. The Porsche rally team pulled 5 vanagons off the line & installed the 911 drive train to serve as Pitwagens during the race. They wanted to be able to steal parts if necessary to get the rally car going should they not have a spare with them. Genius move actually.

As the story goes, Mrs Porsche went on vacation and left the kiddies with Dr Porsche. He needed something other than his 2 seater company car so he borrowed one of the Race Team vans. He liked it so much that he put it into production but they were just too expensive. (All leather interior etc) so it stopped after just 10.

How do I know all this.... This is my dream car, and the one that got away. I lost out on one by $5000 a few years ago. Unfortunately that sale shined a light on their existance and now theyre 6 figures.

I can picture what the cost would be with just 10 production units out there. If I could find one I might be talked into trading for my trike. &^rofl #@rofl3

That was my point... It only went for 18K  Im sure the tool that bought it pulled the engine for his 911 and trashed the vanagon  bawlin)0
