40 lb SHOP VISE
I have a very heavy (40 lb?) heavy duty vise. The only problem is the replaceable sleeves in the jaws need new flat head screws, they?re broken and may have to be extracted? You can tack them on with a mig. I did and they lasted for a couple of years then the light tacking cracked.

DEHUMIDIFIER
  A nice small unit (Sears) ideal if you have a damp basement, office, garage. You can hang it and it can drain itself or you can collected in it?s own container ?about a gallon capacity .

METAL SHELF
  This is a heavy-duty waist high, 30? long, angle iron, (3) shelf?s storage thing. It?s narrow and ideal for a garage. My neighbor built it when he was restoring Chrysler products.
I had a VW engine on it and stored all the accessories underneath.
