That was the bug from York VW Dealership that was being raffled @ Summer Sizzle this past July. The cars' name is Austin.

That green bug looks a lot like the one from DOB last summer.  Neat!  Sorry to have missed it.  We were at great wolf lodge. I highly recommend every kid get there at least once! Awesome...
