So as some of you know i have been shopping the area for a new place to hang my hat and i was looking at a lovely little fixer upper in my home town area.  I did not want to post this till we came to agreement on a number but i put in a offer which was accepted and now not only have a new home for myself but my 3 VW as well with room for a new addition.  :jump4jo": 2@@cool

Again i dont want to Jinx it but i accepted their final offer and now im just waiting for their final approval and contract will be signed this weekend. &^beer&

there is a house inside the yard connected to the garage that i will be getting as well but i know my audience so the focus is the garage.  Also a nice workshop in the basement so im only a ham radio shed away from living the Baha dream.
