I have all the left over paper goods from the last picnic. I will post what I have as soon as I take inventory.
The club provides hot dogs and hamburgers. Also the rolls and cheese for cheeseburger. Being I have the club debit card
I =hungry volunteered to do the purchasing of the above.
As the list is filled out - I (Kathy) will provide another food stuff. dinner\= ^CHeFF #EGGSZ kabob^

Okay time to update the Picnic list,
Here's what I have from last year: =hungry
70-80 small (7") paper cake dishes. That probably enough.
1000 count boxes of plastic spoons and forks. That's more than plenty.
100 Hot cups (Styrofoam) Are we doing coffee? We probably should for the early workers.
200 + cold cups of various colors. Probably enough.
I have some serving spoons. But I suggest if you're bringing a hot or cold dish add a spoon.
I DON'T HAVE:
NAPKINS
LARGE PAPER PLATES
PLASTIC TABLE CLOTHES
Oh yeah, We forgot it last year, but I will purchase a 1/2 sheet birthday cake.
PS
Anyone absolutely know the year we started (like how many years to put on the cake)

As of right now, we don't have picnic place. Unknowingly, we assumed that Washington Lake Park was using the first come first serve for picnic areas like last year. 4thinking6
All picnic pavilions must now be reserved now (60 dollars for 4 hours/ 120 for 8 hours). Our spot Lot C as well as all the others are booked solid for June 14. ( lot C was still open for June 13 (Saturday), but it wont last long if it's not gone already)
So we need a new place,
Any Suggestions?
