Took apart the 1776? that was given to me, i'm hoping it really is a 1776! The heads is 041s, and the pistons were covered in carbon and the connecting rods were covered in rust! but the crank is rolling smoothly. I'll be taking the heads to get port/polished and new valve guides put in, get a set of chevy springs. The block is an H-Block, and i'm going to open the case and begin my 1st open case rebuild!!! I'll be starting a blog soon!
This motor is gonna be for my dunebuggy, so i'm gonna try and do my best work!!!!!
