In 1960. Are the driver and passenger handle universal? I need to get one for the pass side dont want to order the wrong one.

Originally the drivers side only had a key lock. The only difference as far as I know is the key lock. They will work on either side.

yup. what Bob said. also it's a different key then the ignition.
