Remember all that nonsense about the dude Cyrus or Shamus or whatever his name is/was saying we couldn't use  the "Punch Buggy" name for our club show because it had some sort of trademark?

I Agree, Do you know how many "Roar at the Shore" Motorcycle shows there are, just on the east coast...

I had that discussion with Cephus years ago. He said he wasn't worried about it and that he had a discussion with the guy that makes those shirts. I think Cephus never really had a copyright to the name so he never really pursued the point.
