Title: How Do You Save Profile/Avatar Changes?

I don't know exactly where to post this question.

How do I add an Avatar and make profile changes? I see the Avatar upload spot, but there is no way to save changes or continue.

Right now you can not, there is a known issue, the page fails to completely load.  The problem is being looked at by the web dude...
