I'll need a final head count by Monday evening Feb 17th.
If we have a big enough crowd (18-20+) we should be able to have a private room.
Matt and I found a new Vietnamese place since our favorite closed
Pho Asia
Or what about Whole Hog in Cherry Hill? It?s a BBQ place?
There?s Alan?s Clam Bar in Forked River but that?s a haul.
Greg, I'll check them out. Thanks for the suggestions!! \LIKE=
Anyone else with a favorite restaurant that would be good for a D-n-D?

Black Diamond, Minatola,southern NJ
Thanks Roger! I'll check it out.
I decided to check out Greg's suggestion for February's Dub-n-Dine and went to Pho Asia for lunch today. Wow, I was blown away!
Nice inviting clean place, friendly, helpful staff and food that was fresh with bright flavors and obviously prepared with care.
So, Dub-n-Diners, get your passports ready cause we're going to Viet Nam!! idea\

If you've never had Vietnamese food you're in for a treat. If you have, I think you will be pleased.
I'll need a head count by the Monday evening before.
Hello Richard,
Thanks for coordinating this event! Robin and I will be attending. 8event%
Add four for us-Thanks
Matt and I will be there!
For those with tame pallets, I?d Suggest the Vermicelli (rice noodles) with your choice of protein. It comes with a fish sauce, that is sweet but it?s always on the side. It doesn?t taste much like fish at all. I usually put a bunch of Siratcha on it which is an Asian Hot Sauce.
You can also do a similar thing with broken rice. Which are the small pieces of rice left over from the larger pieces. Same taste, fun texture.
Matt and I always get the BBQ Pork Summer rolls which are vermicelli noodle, bbq pork and a type of mint wrapped in a glutenous rice wrap... feels weird but it?s good. Served with peanut sauce. Add a little siratacha for for a bit of kick!

When I was there one of the things in my bowl was a BBQ pork or beef (I don't remember) spring roll. It was textured just like a regular Chinese egg roll with a traditional deep fried dough wrapper. It was great!
Ok Dub-n-Diners, our monthly sojourn in search of good food is scheduled for this Thursday evening at Pho Asia in Audubon.
I think this is one you shouldn't miss. The meal I had was great!
I need a final head count so I can let the restaurant know how to set us up.
So far I've got three who have confirmed, plus me, for a total of nine people.
If you plan on attending please let me ASAP. The owner would appreciate a count by tomorrow.
All pertinent information is in the first post above.
Thanks

2 for me please
Gotcha. That should be 11 or 12 for Thursday.
I'll be calling it in later.
Any late comers?
Any Photos? How many showed up?
Too busy to eat to take pictures Jack! I?m thinking 14 total?
We forgot to take pictures I think we were so busy enjoying the outstanding food. =hungry
The service was awesome. We even had a private room.
I think we had a total of 15 show up, actually, we had to add another table.
Lots of food, for a very low price. I would go back in a minute..
Yes, really nice time. Good food, good friends, good service and prices. I'll be going back to this one.
I thought of taking a picture before everyone showed up and then forgot about it, too.
Picture this Kodacolor moment in your mind: Greg & Matt, Joe & Cathy, Gigi & Ralph, Anthony & Deena (sp) & Kyle, Robin & Dave, Karen, Carol & Richard all sitting around a big table eating, talking, smiling.... See, who needs pictures?
!hug
I'll be sure to get a picture next month.
