Title: Engine Rebuild
Post by: lovebus (jack) on March 23, 2008, 10:40:31 AM
I have posted a video Part-1 of the engine I'm starting to build for the Rod. Bug-a-rue told me to stop screwing up the Bondo and do something useful. OK Jay, I'm doing something useful.

With easter and honey-do's to do I only had an hour or so to work on it yesterday and I have to go out in a few hours so Monday I will finish up the short block and put the bolt-on stuff, maybe run it on the floor.

Hey we been tellin ya that for Months! Have a "Bondo" party and invite Jim & Frank plus 1/2 dozen other members and that puppy will be ready for paint by dinner time.

I'm currently helping Jack with the front section, things are going slow. He requested fucus on the frontend so that he can get the FrontBeam mounted and the wheels back on the ground so that he can roll the car outside for future body work and sanding to keep the dust out of his shop. Lots to do guys, and I'm sure that Jack would be grateful for any and all assistance.
