tried them and all they did was foul after a couple of minutes. What did you do to get them to run? and don't they have a really thin center electrode ?

Hey Kiko, good for you!  :icon_thumright:

Not many people change their tranny oil, or check it. It really helps with longevity I'm sure!

Matt,  Thats where firestones district office is, I have to go there from time to time for their rediculous corporate meetings.  This one is for their new program on how they want us to answer customer phone calls.  And dealing with irrate customers.  It should be quite entertaining to here their advice

Yea got all the stuff done then adjusted points timing and the carb (was way off?)  but runs like a dream now.  I thought I needed a clutch by the way it was bucking between gears but it turns out the carb just had it runnin way to rich?  I just need to get with jack now and square away my valves.  Adj on rockers frozen and I want to replace them.

Yea, with the weather being warmer, it is tuneup time. I have to fit that in soon. Shame about the adjust screws, ....

I still have a fear of stripping spark plugs - I hate that the most of my tuneup.
If I strip one, I'm dead in the water - even getting-to-job-wise, like you.
