A real show car if you ask me.

To much time was spent heave howing this gorgeous Beetle onto the trailer to take pics, almost as if he didn't want to leave!
Arriving at the car show, a couple minutes are spent figuring out where to put all the cars!
One of the spectators named Bonnie Schwarz came out and said, "All we need now is a black, brown, tan and red one... little did she know what would soon be dropped off.

Holy SS......t do they run ??
The one did and then the battery died.. the guy never bothered to recharged. Engine turns over by hand, don't wnt to start it until I fix the bent tail pipes wanna make sure the exhaust exits ok. The other motor is stuck.
Neither of them have the flaps but one of them has the thermostat. I might be looking in the wrong place for the flaps.
The guys plan, was to put the motor from the red? one into the purple one, and never got around to it. The red one's body is totally shot.
Best of luck with those beautys.
Who says there are no great deals left?
Keep us informed as to the progress- like I have to remeind youThrills

YOU DON'T KNOW JACK BUT I DO.
I just discovered that my Bridgette is leaking gas all over the place which we discovered when when we were trying to find out why it's not getting gas to the carb. It's leaking from filler hose to the tank. Because the line may be block probably just going to replace ALL the lines. >:( Not how I wanted to spend my hard earned Birthday money to myself.
So right now I'm going to forget about the other two Beetles, No dad... the rims are still mine. ;D
It was a long drive, two trips from above Red LIon to Egg Harbor. Did you put the wheels on your bug already? Just the wheels are worth more then paid for the cars.
You better check and see if its your tank leaking.
Wow !0! You guys scored big time $61$
Started stripping parts off the two new/old bugs at 6AM while Greg is still sleeping. I already have a nice parts pile started. Thought he would be out of bed guarding the wheels. Hey Greg I don't want your damn wheels.
Gongrats -great find. Grab those parts. You never when you need them!
Hey I put battery from Bridgette into the Red Bug and it turns over with the key, so that's a good sign.
IT RUNS IT RUNS IT RUNS ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D Dad filed/adjusted the points. Going to change the oil tomorrow.
