Joe, is this the fuel injection system you were telling me about yesterday ???
Here's the one I was talking about...the single unit is so new it's not on the website yet.

Cool, thanks. I knew that someone told me about it :D
Megasquirt is an excellent system if you arent afraid of electronics. Much cheaper than any packaged unit you can buy but you do have to build it all and figure out parts.
You can buy an assembled MegaSquirt from DIYAutoTune.com, among other places. This is what I did for my '76. All the electronics now in assembled units are surface mounted via robot. I think I paid about $400 for my unit.
I'm not a bit fan of the CBPerf unit if it is the one with the dials and the in-dash control box. It's pretty limiting compared to what you can do with MSquirt. More details on my conversion as they develop...I will say that it is MUCH easier to convert an existing FI car than one that was originally carburated. If you don't mind some extra wiring, then it's no too bad. The other big challenge is coming up with a suitable and economical enough throttle body with TPS sensor that will work.
