Wow I know that square back, I believe it was at the DE show. Price seems very low for a square back that is a runner/driver.

Read the ad again- I've seen the car and while it could be driven, I would lean more towards where he said it's a good parts car.

It's definetly a beater.

that's a shame =-( From the car show it didn't look bad but I guess I wasn't really looking for flaws.  :) I have to learn to read the fine print. I saw squareback 700 dollars and was like omg great price.  ;D

Shawn.. Get out of my head.  &m& Wow.. Say it ain't so.. I was getting ready to build a simular car with my Green Choptop. I have the 40 Ford Hoodie, and some other items and was going to swing the cab part of the body to a Super Pan, and marry a super front clip to it, some real fatty fenders etc. Maybe even  Roo engine, and build a real 40Ford Bugaru Sleeper. Yes not an easy task but I think I can handle it. If not I'll be asking for some  S@Sm and more  S@Sm  S@Sm  S@Sm  S@Sm  S@Sm  s3

Hey I like that green one the way it is!

I think you are right about that black one, sort of a "squashed bug" look, widen everything below the door handles and add some very wide tires and you would have a great looker.

Mike. Yea-aaa some guys can chop the chit out of anything, and although a Bug is one of the hardest cars to chop the curved windsheild of a super should add even more frustration to the fun. BTU&I if I wanted to chop a super I'd search for a super body that's aready chopped and swap the pans, etc to whatever you wanted to run that body on? Especially in todays market there are some great deals out there if you's gots the   d-s ... Because the price of having a chop done would be alomost as much as an entire car is selling for. And that is if you can still find someone that knows how to chop a Beetle.   s#r

Why do all that? Buy this one.

In addition to the above listed necessary mods, it needs a split windshield to be perfect. (Even if it's just weatherstripping glued to the windshield  :icon_puke_l: )

I still know how to do it. Let me at it  gifsawsall  On second let me tell/show ya how to do it

I was thinking of choping Most Beautifull Bus  s#r The only thing that stops me is doing the glass. Thats why I didn't chop the rod and that REALLY needs chopping to look good.

Doing a racre car is easy, just cut out Plexiglas and put it in.

looks like my fenders and running boards, 4 and 1/2 wider in back 3 up front with the 65 and earlier headlights.

Im thinking of getting mine repainted, and having the rain rails or what ever they are grinded off, and all of the molding holes welded over, maybe ill get a chop to and get it all glassed over real nice
