Title: Parts for Club Members
Post by: slowtwitch on April 24, 2009, 06:47:55 pm
Alright, it's time to clean out the garage. I'm making way for a new garage and need to get rid of a few things. I have a bunch of stuff for 66/67.  Window glass, regulators, deck lids, a couple of hoods, a set of seats(low back), wheels (wide 5) with tires, chrome wheels( wide 5), IRS tranny, and other stuff. Let me know what you need, even if I didn't list it, i might have it. I can bring some things to the next meeting. This is a free offer to all club members. I also have some type 4 engine cases (Bob  :icon_cheesygrin:), if anyone wants to venture to the dark side  LAUGH@

Chrome please. (If nobody needs/wants the others I'll take 'em off your hands.)

Not to hijack the thread... What's different about a type 4 case?

I may even have some hub caps for the chrome rims. I'll bring them all.

Pancake motor used in busses, T-4 cars and porsche 914s nothing swaps to T-1 engines and they won't bolt into a bug without tons of mods.

Hi John, The steel rims still have the tires mounted on them, I don't know if that will be a problem for you.

Hey slowtwitch!

Sorry but I can't make the meeting tonight. Dont bring the wheels unless someone else wants them.

(I would still like them but I'm not sure when I'll see you next. Where do you live?)

john

Bob, I do have a bunch of t4 motor parts. The cases need to be cleaned. The heads are probably cores. I don't have a complete set of cylinders or pistons. Let me take an inventory and I'll let you know what I have.

Pete,

No problem!
I could use the cases and any cylinder tins that aren't rusted too bad. I've got heads, pistons and cylinders.

Thanks!

Well, it looks like I won't be able to make tonite's meeting , either. My son needs some help and I've been volunteered.  What I can do is maybe meet you guys, some where that's convenient. I don't mind the drive to Jersey  :icon_cheesygrin:  This also gives me a chance to pack some other stuff, to bring along. We could do something this Saturday, or next.

Sorry about this
