From the Board of SJVWC:
A VW?s busload of thanks and congratulations to all the SJVW club member?s who made Punch Buggy day a great success. 0198
I was so impressed with the devotion and attention that our members in making the day run smoothly. I?m sure CJVWS and Cefus was impressed with our unity and dedication of our members. (love sjvwc.ico
It was a labor of love that hopefully a fun day for all. It was a not-so steep learning curve and with enough members volunteering next year I see no problem with us pulling this off. carbug
I haven?t seen Atco so well attended in years. The resurgence of the lowly VW as a force in the show/drag car scene is growing astronomically and our club is on the cusp of making this happen. bronz_cup-winner silver_cup_winner goldwinner
One measure of our success is the the wounded Veterans t-shirts sales. Who ever would have thought we would do so well? ranka-sgt rankf-tsgt rankn-mcpo
A special thanks to the Shannon, Saggy and Justin (did I spell that right?) who manned the clubs used parts sales for the club. Well over $300 for our treasury, this will assure a super Christmas party this year.
Jay; for running his truck back and forth and collecting the used parts. I could go on and on naming members who went beyond the call of duty.
Thanks again.

I'm finally calming down after Sunday and..
on a serious note I have to agree with Joe without you guys none of this could happen. It was a blast for me having done the show so many times in the past to finally be a part of it. I think next year this whole thing should be a piece of cake if everybody pitches in. Its a great honor for our club to take over the air cooled part of the show since it will be in its 25th year next year. All day I was trying to remember shows that have lasted that long here in So. Jersey and I could only remember one show that is put on by the 'Highway Stars car club". It took those guys about 35 years to get that far and we will become a part of VW history in So. Jersey next year at our 5th Birthday party! If that doesn't excite you check your pulse!
