Post by: BIGJAY on July 11, 2009, 09:36:49 pm: VERY ROUGH BEEN SITTING IN A YARD FOR 20 YEARS ANY OFFERS BE4 THE SCRAP YARD DEFFINITLY HAS POTTENYIAL FLOORS SOLID AN SO ARE DOOORS NEEDS A HECK OF A CLEANING INSIDE DEFFINTLY RESTORABLE BUT ITS A TASK AS I SAID FLOORS AN DOORS SOLID ROUGH IS ROUGH BUT NO HOLES IT WAS RUNNING AN DRIVING IN 1989 THE GUY STOPPED AT THE STORE CAME OUT AND I WOULDNT START HAD IT TOWED AN IT SAT IN THE FIELD EVER SINCE LET ME NO 609-217-8102 WILL DELIVER IF LOCAL busicon2 CAN EMAIL PICS ALSO

onto the ground. How did you get it on the trailer in the first place?
I also have a air hose for the tires if they are low, will it roll on them after it is off? If you have any paper work that came with it, bring that with you also

The door panels are in the bus
And it is a full automatic shift, not an auto stick shift (no clutch)

I guess I need new glasses or maybe you asked on the phone and I need a new hearing aid.

I knew most of the club would be camping and the guy who wants to buy parts off of it was at the shore with his family. After looking it over in the day light (Jay didn't get here till after dark last night) I have every part I will need to fix my bus up like a
Hippie bus. The shell, motor and trans. are already spoken for. But Chris did get home in time to help push it off the trailer. The wheels alone are worth what I paid for it, plus the two front high back seats, the dash, bumpers, fold down back seat and some other parts I was looking for etc.

The biggest plus, it made Joan happy to see me smile (for a change).

I know if I had asked, some of the club members would have been there in a heart beat (love
You are always there whenever anyone ask. That in it's self is good to know.
The members of SJVWC are a great bunch of guys and gals.
Now you can add Jay and Ralph also.

As far as the seats go if my memory is right, at the time I didn't think Jay wanted to
part the bus out ?
