So I've been thinking about my Germany trip in July... that's going to be about 2500 I could put towards the 4k I want to spend on a bus/camper/vanagon. I might not ever get a chance to go to Germany again, and bus', hopefully, will be around for a few more years. I know most of you will tell me to go to Germany, anyone think I should get the bus instead? I will be playing for a music festival in Cologne Germany. 3 Hours from the VW Factory. d-s d-s

Keep in mind you will (I sure hope!) be making more money the older you get, so the cost of the Bus will be less than it is now, comparatively speaking. This is why you see old men with cars they re-did etc, because they've got the house, kids and daily driver paid for, with spare change for projects.

That might be enough to get me to leave 80 degree weather !8! and visit the Arctic.
New Jersey is in the Arctic ...isn't it? not/sure
