It's been a while since i posted anything. So I figured I better write something, don't want you folks to think I disappeared :) Anyway, I planted this back in July and finally it started to blossom this week. This is after just one day of work....

Shawn, It's getting #4000 psi fibermesh concrete with #4(1/2") rebar..

I can put solar water heater panels on the roof and pump the water through the tubes & heat it for almost nothing

I like the old garage, had some really nice patina you don't see much of anymore..
