I can't thank Jay enough. Been wanting a Buick Special for 20 years. Would not be in my garage now if it were not for (hail- *+youth Jay's help...Not to worry I'm keeping the Sultans Den too byeby.,
This car spent it's life in Perth Amboy. The owner died in 1971. Family drained the fluids & put it up on blocks where it stayed for 40 years. Real deal barn find 69,000 original miles. No rot or rust anywhere, rock solid. Just 50 years worth of dirt & grime. Still has the one of the original plates, 1971 inspection sticker and original Buick floor mats. Needs nothing right now. It has a 150 HP 215 CI aluminum V8 power steering & a "Dual Turbine" 2 speed automatic trans. The guy I bought from put on new tires, brakes, radiator, timing chain, water pump & had radiator recored. It?s a running & drivable rig as it sits now.

Are they Moon disks?
Not real ones I think they are repos. Actually I don't care much for them. The are screwed on to a trim ring. You have to take them off to check tire pressure. Think I going to take them off
Way cool... Bet that engine compartment wont look like that for long #@rofl3
I like the moons. Who needs tire pressure
Really, really nice Mark! Happy for your find! 2@@cool
