he's asking 2,500 .00 i think it's pretty fair but i'd like it a bit cheaper .
I have not even started negotiations yet i'm waiting to on some more info of the motor .

That's the wiper control knob...You have to turn the wipers back & forth manually! &^rofl
Would be cool if it was a gas heater control...but I've never seen one that looked like that.
:confused04:;
Here's the other side you can see something there as well .

Is it wired to the windshield wiper motor? If so, it may be a rheostat for a 12 volt conversion.
Ok I was able to conferm it's a manual gas gauge of some sort , how ever i'm not sure if it's german , it dosen't look like it is .
thanks for your help guys
I'm not sure how it would be a manual gas gauge unless it's some type of counter. I know it's not original.
Looks like a dimmer switch that should be on the floor

Note i have the Flue so i'm not thinking right aftermarket gas gauge .
You turn the knob and it blows air into the bottom of the tank. If it makes BIG bubbles you have a lot of gas. If it makes a little bubble sound, time for gas &^rofl
Shawn ,
Here's a look at the switch up is for a little air down is for more air in case you can't hear it .
It's on the other side of the knob .

do i get a prize for getting it right?
Pretty neat though!
Is there an un-explained hole 1.5"-2" from the trunk into the cabin? I think that might be a southwind heater control. What are the words on the front?
serious?
well i put this deal on hold for now , the guy wont budge off the price and i have to ship it home from Georgia , thats another 800 bucks , then i get to work and spend more money on it ...LOL Keeping my eyes pealed for something cool .
