Title: Flanders, All Air Cooled Gathering

Our team made a valiant effort but came up about 2 feet short of a third win. Great job guys winning the first round and keeping us in the fight to the last.

No worries.... It wasn't judged...It was a race. And we didn't win this time. But next year............

Post by: skibumtgm on September 19, 2011, 11:27:09 am: Well after the loss all we can do is take a step back and reflect on what we did different this year compared to last. i dont think this is a place for finger pointing but more personal reflection. i know i had done some things different this year.

1) I did not violate/dance with the trophy in the club house wearing my Blue Unity Suite. Maybe this gave Mr. Push me the feeling it was not loved and it was time to move on.

2) I did drink a fair amount the night before fore but somehow awoke bright eyed and bushy tailed. i think that i have to work harder at still being drunk at the time of the push like in years past. this year it felt like i was pushing a car in years past it felt like i was trying to hold my self up on the car and continually falling forward.

3) Trash talking... only a little this year last year i pushed it way into the RED. think i need to turn that up a notch and for you central jersey guys reading first off Gratz but dont think you winning will stop all the trash talking i will still talk like MR. Push Me is home on Shawn?s mantle.

Great job by all im not worried about getting back the coveted trophy next year and Central can brag all they want but not till they can claim they held Mr. Push Me for 730 days will i really start to listen.

When the announcer hesitated calling the number three, &(rage_ &rant(( SJVWC bogged. The other team took right off on three. Looking at the finish line it looked like it was about the same distance at the finish. (We could have won or at least tied.)

Suggestions for next year:

I'll bring my portable air tank to pump up the tires.
How about individual tryouts for the pushing team? Maybe we can do it at the club picnic as part of the festivities. &^beer&

Well, someone sure bee-lined out of the show quite early; - went over to see someone and he already split, I couldn't believe it Q3surrender.gif - I don't want to mention anyone?s' name like Jack or whomever, - could be very embarrassing, but do know that lets some get pics up quite early.

Sorry I did not get around to see more of the club, as most know, I had big issues with a bad fan belt, and every other fan belt accessible to me in the world, would not fit. I am surprised we made it home on the old belt, it was disintegrating

Also was quite dragging as I had a bu- uh, virus or something. Maybe that was conveyed to Bob and could be the reason why he did not roll like he should have.

All I know is this - CJVWC won the trophy,......... I'm glad they did,........... yea glad, - cause when we win it next year we will rip it out of their hands and they will bawlin)0 bawlin)0 as we gave them a taste of victory, a taste and that is all they will get. ?/moon2..

This is not like love, where it is better to have loved and lost, ... no sir, for them, it will be better if they had never won at all.......

I was taking notes, so hopefully someday we can have one this good. If ever there was a show to emulate... this is it!!

Even though I wasn't there the whole time bawlin)0 I had a great time when I was! **^bana0 I'm glad my mom got to come back Sunday with me and see the show... and our team's valiant effort. No worries guys, now we don't have to lug that thing to all the events we go to. Plus I'm glad we can share it with our fellow NJ Club! They deserve it!

Matt- Glad you made it home... kinda scary!

Tyler- I heard I missed a fabulous chili so I figured Rose helped... but then I learned your mom made it. Jeez.. you're gonna have to learn to cook. Whatta ya got left before moving out, like 37 days?!? You better start taking some notes from you mom or you're going to be very hungry! LOL

Tracy- thanks for 500+ picture! I just exceeded my lunch hour by 30 minutes looking at them all. But at least I felt like I was there...
