I always remember, there are three New Jerseys:

North (Above Edison bridge where GS Parkway and Turnpike merge)
Central (Above down through exit 5 on Turnpike)
South (Exit 5 on down to the Deleware Memorial Bridge)

I'm thinking that RHoNJ represent the North, IMHO.
