You attach the set to the inside of your wheel wells. The intent is to clean the mud out of your tire treads to allow better traction on the road.  &^beer&

Yup, poor mans lowering kit. I knew I should have covered up the web site name and renamed the photo to throw off Tech Man Shawn.
