Title: Calling all Purists...

For those of you that may know,  is the frame beneath the running boards on a bug (69) supposed to be body colored or black??   I have a sales brochure for my year, but no clear side shots of the vehicle.

Thanks John!  That's what I thought too, but I wanted to  double check since I'm tweaking her right now.
