OMG, it seems like the big man up there (Tyler) smiled down on us taking a HOT week and turned into the perfect weekend for camping. We had a great time and one of the largest campouts to date, 34 people and 5 dogs in all showed up but not all camped. I think the camper count was 29..... As always the food was plentiful and very good. MORE PHOTOS LATER.

great pics jack. i had a blast cant wait till we do it all over again.
It was the best camping of all time, even though we had the campers from Hell next to us. But It didn't dim the event in the least.-Good thing Belleplaine puts a good 20 yards of thick woods between campsites. The food was four star, the selection incredible.
Cool nights for sleeping, no rain, we had perfect weather and perfect companions. I thank everyone for sharing.
ps
The bike ride, besides the food was the best part.
Even our dogs got their own tent,

Looks like everybody had a good time.
That dog tent is soooo funny.
This was a great campout! It was fun having the "hang-out" site for a change! Italian night turned out excellent! Can't believe how many people we fit at that table!! The pot-luck, as usual, brought tons of yummy food... and plenty of it! It was nice meeting new people and seeing some old faces.
Though it was never hot enough for a swim, the bike ride was lots of fun. A nice exploration of Belleplain state park, as well as the outskirts as it turned out! I felt like a biker gang! Watch out for those deadly butterflies though!! #@rofl3
It would be nice if we could all be together though. We did scope out Belleplain's group sites and I don't think its flat enough for VW's. What did everyone else think? A little birdie told me Goshen Pond is opened back up at Atsion, so if everyone doesn't mind the "primitive site" there, we may have to revisit that.
Thanks for the fun and memories!! I love SJVWC!! =+grouphu9

Don't you worry pal... I'll have my Dual-Bus A/C system with me *cold*
I dont know about A/Cs and generators for camping. I just seems a little wrong. And loud...
