Title: Just saying Hello

My name is Joe and I just wanted to say a quick hello and introduce myself. I've just purchased my first air cooled VW after owning many water cooled cars. I'm very excited to meet everyone at the meetings and cruises. Hopefully I'll see some if you at the next meeting June 3rd.

Hi Joe!  I'm Shawn & I have 2 Vanagons, one Aircooled  & 1 Watercooled as well as an aircooled 78 bus.

Needs a little bit of cosmetic and body work but overall it is a rust free solid car. Not a fan of the flames but that will change in time. It is on an air ride system. Has a 1500 engine, but I am in the process of securing the rest of the parts needed for a 2100. Just need a case, rockers and carbs but have everything else.

 I love the low look and the flames! clap2-*    Add a set of boss wheels and you have a completed cruiser.
