Title: Tyler's All Groweds Up
Post by: skibumtgm on July 26, 2013, 08:37:10 am: So as some of you know i have been shopping the area for a new place to hang my hat and i was looking at a lovely little fixer upper in my home town area. I did not want to post this till we came to agreement on a number but i put in a offer which was accepted and now not only have a new home for myself but my 3 VW as well with room for a new addition. :jump4jo": 2@@cool

Again i dont want to Jinx it but i accepted their final offer and now im just waiting for their final approval and contract will be signed this weekend. &^beer&

So everyone rub a VW symbol and pray that hooch gets a new home.

Post by: skibumtgm on July 26, 2013, 09:16:41 am: there is a house inside the yard connected to the garage that i will be getting as well but i know my audience so the focus is the garage. Also a nice workshop in the basement so im only a ham radio shed away from living the Baha dream.

Yo... Watch what you call a shed! That, like the TajMaGarage, is an engineering marvel.
It is so well insulated that 2 single light bulbs keep it 75 degrees in there when it's 17 degrees outside and a tiny air conditioner keeps it bone-chilling while cycling off for 15 minutes at a time when it's sweltering outside! #@rofl3

  Well, it;s true, IF I ever was going to buy a house again, the house would be small ( less repairs to do on it) and I would have big garages... to make repairs in!
