So as some of you know i have been shopping the area for a new place to hang my hat and i was looking at a lovely little fixer upper in my home town area. there is a house inside the yard connected to the garage that i will be getting as well but i know my audience so the focus is the garage. Also a nice workshop in the basement so im only a ham radio shed away from living the Baha dream.

Well, it;s true, IF I ever was going to buy a house again, the house would be small ( less repairs to do on it) and I would have big garages... to make repairs in!
