Not going to happen... VW has no interest in bringing it to the US and competing with the Big 3

I know, but its nice to dream!!!  I don't think those tires would be street legal anyway!!!

They would be in Pa... say.. if you get one, you can keep it over my house... need the keys though - just to move it out of the way of my other cars of course...

If they are the same thing I read about in VW Trends back in the 90's they are used in Switzerland I think? For snow rescues. I don't remember but I think they were also built there too.
The entire drivetrain is flipped to the front. I remember seeing a picture of the inside and the gear pattern was even upside down.
