I KNOW I'm no one to talk- BUT did anybody from the club go this year to DO at five points?

HOT HOT HOT. Only herbie and I. Those kids... wear the pants too low and play the music too loud. Did i mention it was hot? Gave out tropies at 5:30PM WAY TOO LONG. not organized at all. probibly would skip next year. plus NOTHING to do whn you get there.

I hate to say it but without Mustang Joe it sounds like the DO club has lost it.
Joe is a tough guy but he ran things with an iron hand and nobody gave him any crap. Riverwinds last year was on a very hot day, in a place where there wasn't much shade ( we had 2 tents so we were OK ) but DO and Joe kept things moving and on time. At the end of the show the trophies were given out on time and everybody was tired but happy. Joe and I judged Clayton and without his organization and drive I think we could have gotten buried. Now Clayton just wasn't VWs but everything and I really don't know a ton about Mustangs and Camaros but thanks to Joe it went smooth.

I'm with you, Nap time is very important, good for the sole.
