Thanks guys. I had surgery on my left hand. The hand surgeon told my wife it was the worst case of osteoarthritis he had seen. I guess that means I waited long enough until I couldn't take the pain any longer. Stitches come out in a couple of weeks. Physical therapy is scheduled to take place after that. Hopefully I will be able to perform some tasks without pain when done. My right hand needs some minor surgery for Dupuytren's Contracture (trigger finger) on my middle finger. Anyway I am on the mend for now! $old-\$
