69-72 VW Reg Bug for Sale
« on: December 08, 2007, 02:20:24 am »

Hey not to sure if the 72 tail lights started in 69 or not, but it has that style tail lights. It's a white VW Reg Bug it is on North Black Horse pike after Collins Lakes but before Geets Diner. The guy wants 1200 bucks but it seems to be a rust bucket. No hub caps, from standing behind the fence I couldn't really tell what condition it was in. I just know there was rust all over the trunk lid. As far as dents it looked pretty solid. It was under a very bright light so that may have helped it look a little better.

Here is the info from where I saw it.

This was around 12:00am so, i was a little tired, wasn't up to hopping a ten foot fence. Hopefully it's worth something to someone.

Never buy a beetle from a used car dealer. EVER. They are gaurnteed (spell check) to run for about a week, not have matching numbers and at least one major body part will fall off the car due to rust. Dealer cars are usually there because someone couldn't get rid of it privately.
Private sellers usually take better care of their cars- I've never heard of anybody getting a good beetle from a dealer
