fiberglass baja fenders

Trying to fit a set of fiberglass baja type fenders on a 72 standard body. The arch, radius will not match up. It wider at the base. I do not have the original fenders to match they with.
Does anybody know if a super fender is different than standard??
Starting to think i have the wrong fenders

Super front fender radius is different than Beetle
46 years later and I am back to a '63 Rag named Herby
