whats a good choice for a welding helmet for a apprentice welder? Miller a good brand?
not for me but for a friend  i can barely solder 8rofl=

Harbor Freight auto dimming helmets work just fine, last a long time and are cheap.

  I have an old Harbor Freight Helmet, bought when there was only mail-order Harbor Freight. I still use it and it still works (dims).
