73! not 63! Got me all excited there m-d2

RARE???

Pass- He's switched the car from FI to dual webers- kiss of death on a type three- really difficult to ever get to work right.

Whats a protected pan and liner mean?

The roof rack was a dealer installed option- they drill through the roof to mount it which usually rusts through easy so you have to check that area out.

With the rocker panels sprayed like that, I would check for heater channel rust. They dont make replacement parts for that area anymore.

And I don't want to sound suspicious but does it look like it's been photo shopped behind the rear tire. Why? God I hope it's not an oil stain on the ground shocked

Definatley needs more pictures for that price.  I wish him luck.

thats down the road from my shop. Looks like he did a bit of creative editing just below the rear wheel. Its too bad, looks like somebody would have to get in real deep  d-s d-s on that one to bring it back.

Ha ha good to know I wasn't the only one to see the photo shopping! Did Squarebacks have a different transmission for towing? Or is that still risky bussiness for the VW? It would be cool to have a Squareback and a matching Bug or Ghia to pull behind it.

There were aftermarket tow bars made but I wouldn't recommend it
