Hippy Fest Car Show
« on: August 03, 2008, 09:28:49 pm »

OK Guys, and Dolls. Here's a really cool car show that Buddy's daughter sent us, and also was listed on theSamba. Not only is it Cool, but a good reason for all of you old Hippy Farts "jack, Bob, Joey T, you guys know who you are, so stop hidding" to attend. Only problem is it's 100+ miles up and back the NJ Pike a little past the G.W Bridge, not many other routes around the traffic. Other problem is it's in "Thee Society-tttttttttts"  :icon_puke_l: back yard, but put on by a independant. I spoke with these folks during the week, and so far they said that they are planing on having a good turn out. Keep in mind that it's not solely a VDub event.

Sunday August 10th... BeetleBoy you can't attend, your dad said that you have to stay home to mow the lower 40.

So far I know that Ramon and a I are attending, Who else is going?  BO**

By the way this place has some pretty cool swag.

The lawn mower is an automatic, I don't know how to drive an automatic  >:(

I can't go anyway, my work will have a cow. I already have to make up an excuse in the Fall for my engine pull. Can anyone write me a doctors note?

Here are some pics fresh from the Hippy Fest Car Show that many of you guys attended. And for those that didn't attend this was a really nice car show with many unusual cars / rods not to be confussed with some of the strange people. Haven't seen this much Tiedye  $61$ since I washed my tighty whiteies with my red shorts.  c23

Hey Checkout the sweet Citroen this was Best of show, and looked better then showroom new. And the red vert Ghia was bought new and still owned by the orginal buyer who lived locally, it was spotless.
Great Show, great cars, music, and people. And No Rain, although the clouds did darken but all of the Hippy Chicks got together and kept chanting the Woodstoock Chant  gl6 "No Rain-No Rain, No Rain No  gl6" I think the rain gods heard them and gave us  :icon_sunny: skies.

Coppermine keeps boothing me out so I sent the pics to Jack to post for me.
