Funny Hippie Story

 Saturday I decided to venture on yet another old VW Split Window search. I had been email chatting with a family in upstate NY. So i decided to go check out the old Bus that was parked in a Barn for years. Ok, not sure how old many of you readers are or if you know the area but It was in the Woodstock NY region, but well into the mountians and off the beaten trail. The further I traveled the fewer cars, then I noticed that as I passed a human they would wave  s#r I thought to myself hum-mmm maybe my truck looked like someone they knew, then again, and again, soon I realized that they just don't see cars coming up and down these mountian roads so I began to wave back.  WA# Heck I tought that I was riding my cycle, or boating there for a minute. On the way home I passed through this kind of New Hope Town, but with even more Hippies, these were generation, after, generation of the orginal sperm donner Hippies, Hippies, kids, kids. Let me tell you that Tiedye is still alive and doing well in Woodstock NY everything from Protesters Holding signs, to street performers doing there own thing. Lots of beautiful women in free flowing garb, stopped in a little Cybercafe and over heard many Eruopean accents, "now How the F did that happen" in this little Town in Up State NY, but coming from a cute chic the accents made them even cute'er the downer was when I saw women after women holding hands walking the street. Damn, can't a guy even catch a break  :icon_cry: in back woods NY ? Even saw a few vinatage VW's but these babies looked like they had never been cleaned, or repaired since driven there back in 1969 for the Woodstock festival.
