CLUB DUES----Important please read!

Everybody,

Incase anybody missed this discussion at the meetings this is just a note to let you know of changes here at your Favorite VW club.

Recently we decided to have our members pay dues on their anniversary date, which is the month you last paid dues and joined the club. This method was chosen to do away with any confusion as to when your dues are expected. We also began to read members names at our meetings as a congratulations for your loyalty and membership.

We also added to the ways dues can be paid.  d-s d-s

First you can still pay via the club store on the web site. Keep in mind
credit card transactions carry a small fee.

You can also pay at any of our monthly meetings via cash or check
(sorry can't do credit cards at the meetings)

And finally a new club mailing address will allow you to "Just drop it in the mail."

As you know we are planning a great year of events, camping, shows, picnic, parties and cruises as well as our club being chosen to help run the biggest and oldest VW show in South Jersey on June 27th, Punch Buggy.

Remember membership will also allow, discounts with selected vendors (more to come on this), access to technical publications and more!

We've even begun a new tradition! Birthday cake at every meeting! If its your birthday stop in and enjoy some cake with your fellow club members ! ( How many car clubs do you know celebrate members birthdays with a cake?? EVERY MONTH!! )

OK, now I know not everybody can attend every meeting so I'm going to begin posting the names of members who haven't responded to our e-mails or who just can't make the meetings. Please don't be offended if your name is on this list its just a way to remind you that your dues have expired and need to be brought up to date. If you know somebody on this list and can remind them it would be greatly appreciated.

Remember your loyalty and membership is valued in this club simply because its the members that make this a great organization !
