Hard for me to weigh in here working in an 11 feet by 18 feet garage.... :)

Well I think I'm going to use Jack's advice and pursue a steel building. I can get a 18' x 21" for $3000  "Built" , now I have to work on getting a price on the ground work, and concrete. Here is a pic of what I'm Looking at.  Not sure about the color??

And the entrance door will be on the other side.

color don't look bad and if you wanted to change it I know a guy that I think has stock in R-------- and he could get you a case cheep.

You guys are tools.... &^rofl

Dave current rate... $4.25-$5 a sq ft for concrete installed.

Just to let you guys know, you can do this really really inexpensively... $799 carport enclosed with contrasting metal purchased from the same company

The VWs you can sleep in are more gooder

so thats about $ 2000 for concrete, and  $800 for that building?

Bob(Herbie)

The carport is $799.00. I have seen them on sale in Millville for $699.00. 805 W Main street if the price is still the same. I think the side metal sections and overhead door are extra.

No, You have to put it together yourself. I think they truck drop it to your site. I have a friend who built one of these. I can get more info from him if anybody wants it.

That's deninately a "you build"

There are alternatives to a slab... Good crushed concrete, well compacted will work...and it's cheeeeeeep

But you're not rolling a creeper on it
