Just wanted to say thanks to Jack, Shawn and Rich for stopping by and helping me get the motor running.  They had success, but NFL, (not for long)   It needs a carb, pump and a few other parts. &^beer&

Off to Savich tomorrow to see what he has.  :confused04:;

Jack got a motor with no carb and  no fuel pump running for more than a minute! He's a genius!

Well, I couldn't get a carb today, or a starter, but I did get a fuel pump and hooked it up.  Plenty of fuel to the carb now, but nothing is going through it.   Took it all apart, cleaned it and reassembled, nothing still.    It looks like it may have some bent parts and the float is not working properly.     On the hunt for a single port carb.     clap2-*

I used to rebuild them with the kits, but this guy has fast turnaround and does great work. I got the MugBugs' carb from him, and Jack can attest the guys product is top-notch.http://www.volkzbitz.com/

Thanks Shawn,  I removed it.  It wasn't working.     Not sure how to post a video, but even though I didn't have a new carb, I got the motor running tonight.   It idles, revs up, no smoke, and it didn't burn the garage down!!!
