August 14-15-16 Woods-Tock Vintage Trailer/Vehicle Camp out.
We had a Meeting yesterday with Cynthia Coritz, the Superintendent of Bass River State Forest, and Len Daddonna of Tearjerkers Vintage Trailer Club at the Park office.

They will be running programs all day, have offered us a Pavilion with Power, they will leave a site next to the Pavilion empty for us to have a group Camp Fire and will only let event attendees access to sites in there South Shore Campground.

The Park is absolutely Beautiful and very conducive to a gathering with all the amenities and a large Lake for Boating with a very nice Beach for swimming.
Though this is not Solely a SJVWC event we feel that all attendees have the same or similar interests and should prove to be a fun and interesting.
Theres a potluck dinner and a short movie covering a teardrop build followed by The Bus Movie
Make no mistake this is a show, with SJVWC supplying the trophy for Best Vintage Camper and Tearjerkers supplying the trophy for Best VW
As this is Woods Tock weekend wear your period correct tie-dye etc. Prizes will be provided by BRSF and details will follow
As details unfold we will let all know. There will be a procedure or a "Code Word" for only Attendees to reserve sites for this event and should be announced shortly.
