savemybug oil temp dipstick
« on: May 30, 2015, 11:32:42 pm »

Had one of these many years back so i figured I'd get one for 35 bucks to make sure i don't overheat my engine while I'll save my pennies for parts to install when the engine gets yanked. *buG

I originally got mine from Gene Berg back in the day -  Replaces your dipstick and taps into the wire from the oil pressure switch. The green light flickers when your oil temp hits 235 degrees which gives you time to pull over and shut the engine off.

I really just put the link in this message too ^stirpot- ^stirpot-

The only way it will over heat is if you leave it parked in in your driveway on a sunny day because thats as far as you drive it. whistll=-
