Cuban Chrome
« on: July 20, 2015, 10:29:42 pm »

I hope everyone is watching 'Cuban Chrome'-Discovery Channel, 10:00 Mondays.

  Talk about creativeness and improvising.

The show is all shot in Cuba

It's amazing how they have kept those old cars running over the years with no access to new parts.

  I love the red VW.

Because batteries are so expensive in Cuba, they have to push, to get it started.

I found the first episode and watched it and set DVR to record the rest. I felt so sorry for those guys I wish I could send them a container of old parts.  -rofl\

I haven't seen the show, but I have read stuff that said alot of their cars from the 50's have newer diesel engines from the 90's.

When the embargo lifts, Bon Herbie can be a millionaire by sending a container of parts down there -MONEY\

I gotta check this show out, I love classic car shows!  My favorite is Classic Car Rescue and Wheeler Dealers!
