61 Beetle For Sale

A colleague has asked me to help sell his son's 61 beetle. Im listing it here first unti meeting night, then it goes on Facebook and it will sell fast. It was professionally restored 10 years ago but has a few small issues. They moved the car to their garage after he got sick. He has since passed away.

It's really tight in the garage and someone put the e-brake on when they parked it so Im guessing the shoes are stuck to the drums but we couldn't pull it out. It appears to be in amazing condition with the exception of a rotten spot on the body by the left deck lid corner (see last pic). Its a really nice car. If I didn't have so many projects it would have went home with me and not to flip. He's asking $4500. If you're interested, let me know I'll give you the contact info.
