Does anyone want to come down for this?
I think someone said they've been doing it for like 20 something years.
It's like 2 blocks from my house, and we've never been, so this year we want to go.

What they do is everyone cruises into the park whenever within the set time, sets up like a car show with chairs and then everyone socializes. Some people drive up and down the main road and make a ruckus, although the cops are only a glance away from the park so  old-\

Last year I drove by the park at one point and it was pretty packed with all different types of cars, trucks, etc. Looked neat if you like oogling at cars. We will more than likely be there since we live two streets away  dance$#

Oh! And if you get there before 7 there is a nice little caf? near the park called the Graystone that has decent food and of course the custard stand is in town, and if you go down towards Salem you can hit up Hudocks!  =hungry

Carol and I are planning to come down for this one - unless weather dictates otherwise. Sounds like fun. Do I understand that you can arrive and leave anytime between 5pm and 9pm?

Do you and Jeannette want to coordinate and cruise in together?  f(bug- f(bug-
We were going to time it to get there by 5 to try to avoid some of the shore traffic leaving Cherry Hill. We were also thinking about checking out the Graystone - which will likely be packed - or maybe heading down to try Hudock's - which looks like a cool old place from "back in the day".

If it works for you guys let me know. Otherwise we'll look you up at the show.

Do you know around what time it starts getting crowded?   f(bug- f(bug- f(bug- f(bug- f(bug- f(bug- f(bug- f(bug- f(bug- f(bug- f(bug-

I'm not sure what time it starts getting crowded. I believe there is food vendors and stuff at the event, but I'm not positive.
The Graystone is stuff like sandwiches, wraps, paninis, and Salads. That sort of stuff. They also make hot and cold coffee beverages like lattes and that sort of stuff.

Hudocks has burgers, hotdogs, and fried stuff with picnic tables outside. They also have an ice cream place next door.

There is also the Pennsville Custard stand in town too. They own the veggie stand next door, and their home made flavors are made fresh from the veggie stand like strawberry and peach and stuff like that.

Jeannette doesn't get home from work till about 5:20, so I will probably park the bus over there before she gets home, and she'll walk over.
But yeah, that would be cool if you wanted to roll in together. I think Norm and Dave wanted to come too, and maybe Jack? I can't remember if this is one of the ones he said he wanted to come to or not.
